Genine is an independent and confidential professional who has worked across a number of industries with an operational and people centric mindset. She has over 20 years experience working at an Executive level in HR and WHS, where she has managed a large number of misconduct cases, in both blue and white collar workplaces.
She is highly motivated and results driven, who values trust, integrity and collaboration. Genine delivers this through taking a strategic and commercial mindset, building and maintaining trusted relationships and working collaboratively with organisations and its people across multiple functions.
Genine has worked in small and large organisations and understands the importance of protecting a Company’s brand and ensuring that its people are treated fairly, given opportunities to grow and develop, and to have an opportunity to be heard.
She holds a Masters of Safety & Health, and qualifications in Risk Management and Business and is a member of the Australian HR Institute.
In her spare time, Genine loves trying new restaurants, the beach, chocolate, and spending time with her family.
